Aims of the Project
No. 1. - Dissemination of knowledge about Europe and stimulation of active citizenship.
We want to raise the identities of citizens in and with Europe – through three activities:
- Topical face to face workshops within the existing national political models of "active citizenship".
- Workshops across the generations, be it "active citizenship, mobility and the European labour market".
- Platform for a comparison of the different views about "active citizenship" in Germany, in Hungary, in Romania, and in Bulgaria.
No. 2. - Elaboration of existing multinational European models of "identity and active citizenship".
In order to elaborate, compare, and communicate the different views on Europe, we support:
- Workshops, parallel, be Internet-supported, in Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Germany
No. 3. - Cooperation on European Identities via the Internet.
We want to develop a specific online-portal for exchanging views, experiences, and approaches to the topic of "active citizenship in Europe". Tutors will guide and promote the use of a platform for online activities in order to a:
- Launching of the workshop's results on the platform and promoting of an international exchange via online tools.
No. 4. - Cooperation on developing, and on improved realizing of online activities.
For a successful and sustainable use of the common platform we shall enter into a specific cooperation around tools, concepts, and transfer of knowledge:
- Workshops about using and implementing online tools for learning and cooperation in the international sphere.
No. 5. - Dissemination and promotion of dialogue.
A focus is put onto the dissemination of results on different levels of attention. The purpose is to establish an ongoing intercultural dialogue among the countries involved, through:
- Publishing activities on local, regional, national, and trans-national level to broaden the target group.
